Orders and Payment

Confirmation of Orders: Upon completing your purchase, expect to receive an Order Confirmation email promptly, generated automatically by our system. If you don't find it in your inbox, kindly check your junk or spam folders. Should you encounter any difficulty locating it, please don't hesitate to contact us at carigarilondon@gmail.com, and we'll gladly resend it for you.

Amendments and Cancellations: Should you need to modify or cancel your order, provided it hasn't been processed or dispatched, reach out to us at carigarilondon@gmail.com along with your order number.

Accepted Payment Methods: Carigari accepts all major payment methods, including Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, MasterCard, Amex, Paypal, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay.

Security of Payments: Rest assured, your payment security is our priority. Our store, hosted by Shopify, boasts level 1 PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliance – the highest level. This means that all credit/debit card details entered on our site are completely secure and protected. Your financial information remains unseen and unstored by the Carigari team.

Redemption of Promotion Codes: To redeem a promotion code, simply enter it in the designated 'Gift card/discount code' box during checkout. Kindly note that promotional codes are applicable to non-sale items only, and only one discount code can be redeemed per transaction.

In-Store Orders: Please note that Carigari currently operates as an online-only store and does not have physical retail locations.

Customer Support: For any queries regarding your order, feel free to reach out to our dedicated customer care team at carigarilondon@gmail.com, quoting your order number. We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.

Shipping

Dispatch Schedule: Items are dispatched promptly, usually within 1-2 days of order placement. During peak periods, such as holidays, processing and shipping times may extend slightly. Any such delays will be communicated clearly on our website header.

UK Postage Methods: In the UK, we offer two postage options: Royal Mail 48hr Tracked at £3.95 and Special Delivery at £7.95 for urgent deliveries. Pre-order items are clearly marked with estimated delivery dates, and orders containing pre-order items are shipped once all items are in stock.

International Shipping: For international orders outside the UK, Carigari offers shipping to many countries. To confirm delivery to your country, add desired products to your cart, proceed to checkout, and check for available shipping options and costs.

Missing Items: In the rare event of a delayed or lost parcel, please contact us at carigarilondon@gmail.com with your order number. We'll assist you promptly in resolving the issue.

Returns

Return and Exchange Policy: Your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase for unused items in their original condition and packaging. Simply notify us at carigarilondon@gmail.com with your return request, and send the items back within the stipulated timeframe.

Damaged or Faulty Items: In the rare event of receiving a damaged or faulty item, contact us at carigarilondon@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. 

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, including personalised items, earrings (for hygiene reasons), and sale items (unless faulty), are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please refer to our returns policy for further details.

Bulk Ordering and Returns: We discourage bulk ordering with the intention of returning items. As an independent business, excessive returns affect our operations. Reach out to our customer care team for assistance in choosing the right items before purchase.

Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item, notify us within 14 days of purchase, and we'll arrange for the return and replacement of the item promptly.

Initiating Returns: To start the return/exchange process, email carigarilondon@gmail.com with your name, order number, reason for return/exchange, and, if applicable, photos of the item. Kindly note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Refund Processing Time: We aim to process all returns within 14 working days, although during busy periods, this may extend to 30 working days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
